This will be a good ol' fashion Drum Jam for all of you drummers, no chanting or singing (unless completely spontaneous), only a short intro to the group and the church, followed by opening words. Then it's on with the drumming! Bring any other instruments that would accompany drummers well, and please bring extra drums if you have them.

Dancers are always welcome and encouraged.

Please bring a food/drink donation for all to share at potluck if you are able, and a $2/3 love donation is requested but not required. Children 10 and older that can participate maturely and be respectful of people's expensive instruments are welcome in the circle.

Child care will be provided for younger children in the RE wing (thank you so much Lydia Alexander!). Children will be given a really basic introduction to the Four Elements (correspondences) and learn the "Earth My Body" chant with motions. Then, if time permits, the children will be making up an Imbolc chant for the next Circle.


DIRECTIONS: From I-35, exit US-380 (University Drive) eastbound. Go approximately 1.8 miles east on University, then turn right (south) onto Fulton Street. Go three blocks, turn right (west) on Cordell. DUUF is on the left, on the southwest corner of Fulton and Cordell.
