HOUSTON: Intuitive African Dance & Drum Culture Rhythmic Movements Class

Release the stress of the work week, come and get your rhythm by combining yoga & Pilates exercises with stretch bands culminating in West African dance to live drumming! Cost of the class is $10.

Classes held each Friday: 7-8:30 pm
3006 Rosedale, Houston, Texas 77004
Cost: Single drop-in rate:  $10; Dual drop-in rate: $7.50
Single Monthly rate:  $35
Dual Monthly rate: $25
Children:  $15 per month

   DANCES FOR UNIVERSAL PEACE
Fridays in May at the Unity of Fort Worth, at their lovely new church 5051 Trail Lake( 2 Blocks south of 20 to left), 8:00pm  Dayde Brennan, (daydebrennan@netscape.net), Reggie Whitehead have begun a dance circle over at Unity so here goes  SW Fort Worth !!
