Afro-Haitian Dance Class: Martha Perez (512) 459-9576 SATURDAYS at 1:00 pm Austin Rec Center 1301 Shoal Creek AFRO-HAITIAN DANCE THREE TIMES EACH WEEK This popular upbeat class features a super Haitian-style drum ensemble. Working closely with the drums Martha guides students through a wonderful variety of beautiful traditional Afro-Haitian Dances. The atmosphere is always supportive and relaxed. These ongoing classes are open level and anyone is welcome regardless of experience. Classes are with live drumming and include warm-ups and specific dance steps and combinations for traditional West African dances. You will have great fun and good workout!
